BODYfolder of the archive. - Drop the

Which values reach Garmin Connect?
Weight, body fat, body water, muscle mass, bone mass, BMI, visceral fat and metabolic age, whenever your export contains them.
Will I get duplicates?
Garmin keeps every import. If part of your history is already there, open “Adjust” and set “Only measurements from” to the first missing day.
Can new weigh-ins go to Garmin automatically?
Yes, with Scale Relay for iPhone: it reads Xiaomi scales over Bluetooth and relays other scales from Apple Health. One-time $14.99, the first two uploads are free.
